its been since march that i have posted here. mostly just lurking and using LJ for my entries.

but here is a quick synopsis of my past few months.

1) made a great friend in kylee, was very sad when she left to go back to oregon for her last year at reed college outside of portland. we hung out a lot. but not as much as i would have liked as she was taking greek and latin at columbia university. she is probably the smartest girl i ever met.

2) dad had surgery on a neck artery that was clogged. he is feeling better for the most part, but due to the heat, humidity and such, he has been feeling lousy the last couple of days. sheesh him and mom want to move to florida. if he cant take the heat here how will he live there?

3) been larping lots. havent played D&D since I-Con back in the spring.
4) looking for a new/better job. i need a job that pays more money and has room to grow. if it means a job in the city and my moving to queens/manhattan, then so be it. i like the burbs but at this point i need money.
5) been apartment searching, but they are so damn expensive thus the need for #4 above.
